HARBOURLINE is a free browser game. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to run it.
Playing without signing in
Your port is saved in your own browser (local storage) on your computer. It is not sent to us. Your sound and display settings are stored the same way.
Cloud save (optional, Sign in with Google)
If you choose to sign in with Google to save your port to the cloud, we receive and store:
- your Google account ID, name and email address (from Google, with your permission);
- your saved ports (the game state), and when you first signed in and last played.
We use these to save and restore your ports across your computers and to know who plays the game. We never sell your data or share it with anyone else, and we do not get access to anything else in your Google account.
Deleting your data
In the game, open ☁ Cloud save and choose Delete cloud save & account: your account details and cloud save are erased immediately. Your local save on your own computer is not affected.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the site are used. It sets cookies and collects standard usage data (such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type). It is not linked to your cloud save account.
